Facing History On-line Forum
Facing History and Ourselves, (our American partner) has recently hosted an on-line forum discussion for learners from all over the world including Rwanda, the Czech Republic, USA, UK, Ireland, Germany and Colombia. The forum took place from the 1st to the 4th of March. Issues of justice, judgment and reconciliation were explored within the context of Germany, South Africa and Rwanda. Workshops
There are three workshops planned for the next six months. At these workshops we will be able to meet again as a group and continue to explore the issues that we raised in the launch seminars. It will also be an opportunity for us to extend and strengthen the community of educators that we have begun to create. The workshops will be open for all teachers who have participated in the Facing the Past project.
At this stage the proposed dates for the workshops are as follows:

The times will be from 4:00pm-8pm (including a dinner break).
The venues will be confirmed at a later stage.
